Presenter Biographies
Cifford A. Dykes

Cliff Dykes is the Global Transactional Excellence Program Manager for DuPont Engineering Polymers. He has been with E. I. DuPont de Nemours, Inc. for 34 years. The first twenty years were spent in various manufacturing roles throughout their resins businesses including poly-oelfins, elastomers and fluroproducts. For the last 14 years he has been with DuPont Engineering Polymers; first as Manager of Operations in Europe, then Global Product Manager for their Zytel business, followed by Global Sourcing Manager for all of Engineering Polymers and now his current role. In his current role he has lead a global program to re-engineer their supply chain and transactional processes including installation of a global ERP system. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University. He is married and his wife is a Six Sigma champion with DuPont; he has three daughters and a son. Cliff’s hobbies include gardening and golf.
