customer’s metal and plastic needs. Their team
works closely with the customer from conception to completion
providing design assistance, proto-typing, production
tool build, part manufacture and assembly with the ultimate
goal of supplying a complete product rather than components.
Capabilities
include high-speed stamping, in-line tapping, in-line
molding, automated equipment design and build, brazing,
welding, tape and reel packaging and hand assembly.
Our experienced Engineering Department designs and builds
tools for internal and external customers using CadKey,
AutoCAD and Pro-E.
With
manufacturing facilities in the US, Mexico and China,
as well as warehousing in Malaysia, Dial Tool Industries
is both cost competitive and accessible to all their
customers.
