Chicago International Trade Commissioners Association • The Chicago International Trade Commissioners Association (CITCA) is an informal organization comprising the top economic representatives from foreign governments based in Chicago and responsible for the Midwest.
• CITCA includes representatives from Asia, Australia, the EU, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America.
• The group plays an essential role in educating and consulting their commercial constituents from their countries and performs the very important duty of information brokers for their federal government.
• With over one million jobs in the US Midwest being provided by foreign companies, members of the CITCA play a vital role as the official representatives of these interests as well as facilitators for new endeavors.
• The objective of the CITCA Program Coordination is to enhance the activities of trade commissioners association in Chicago with specific focus on Chicago’s internationally focused trade shows.
